How answers are counted
Only answers from AceCode's included model count, per calendar month (UTC). Free has 30 quick and 5 full answers, Pro has 800 and 100. Answers from your own key don't count at all.

An answer you stop before any text arrives, or one that fails, doesn't count.
Billing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. On your account page, Manage billing opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to Free.
Do you give refunds?
Ask within 14 days of your first payment, or of a yearly renewal, and we refund it in full. Write to support@acecode.app. The terms have the details.
What happens when I run out of answers?
When the full answers run out, Solve, Debug and Design show the quick answer only. When the quick answers run out, the included model pauses until the first day of next month (UTC). Your own API key keeps working either way.
Can I use Pro on more than one Mac?
Yes. Pro belongs to your account: sign in on the Macs you use. It is for one person, so please don't share an account.
Which currency, and what about tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.
